It's not like some young, hot babe (or stud) is going to do Rush for free. There's huge unemployment and income problems in the Dominican Republic, creating the motivation for selling one's body. It also borders Haiti, a place Rush could visit more or less anonymously via rental car. DR's median age is 24, Haiti's is 18 and is nearly completely black/American (non-white), in a state of poverty, but has much more HIV infection among the population.
